Carlo is a mobility service developed for the senior citizens aiming to provide a safe, convenient and affordable transportation method. The team (Erica Colombo, Gaia Coradeschi, Li Li, Song Liu, Vikram Virk, Zhang Zhan) adopted user-centered design approach to develop this service with the help of tools such as customer journey, persona, and stakeholder map.
