Uber in India is a UX Design group project by Manvi Aggarwal, Francesca Bruno and Zhang Zhan. It investigates Uber as a shared mobility service in India, and the findings and summaries are presented in various maps as follows:

• a system map describing the service

• a summary of the findings emerged during social media research

• Persona created after the results produced in the research phase and storyboards representing situations that could be meaningful or critical for a specific Persona

• a mental model diagram reporting the main issues emerged from the research on social network

• an experience map

• a “yellow dot” map explaining our strategy to improve the service
