AMICO is a new digital touchpoint in the Central Registrar’s Office of Turin, Italy, that supports and facilitates the communication between visitors and employees. Sit on every office counter, AMICO provides real-time translation and step-by-step guidance for the document handling process.

It is a group project of the semester-long Digital Design Studio course at Politecnico di Milano.
